The Way of the Heated Pan

What food would you say is your specialty?

There was a time when I didn’t know how to cook at all. I would rely on the woman I was dating at the time to make the meals and when we broke up, I would switch tactics and grab whatever fast food slope I could afford. Then, my sons were born. Their mother and I didn’t work out and I couldn’t mold them into gentlemen/warriors without the proper nutrition. I also couldn’t maintain my youthfulness either with such a shabby diet.

So I educated myself in the ways of the heated pan. My specific area of expertise is now in poultry. I’ve grown so accustomed in dealing with it that I’ve learned to make each meal flavorful without the power of salt. If you compound the hidden abilities of cut vegetables and even the occasional citrus fruit, you’ll create a tender and succulent form of poultry that no one can deny.

Well, just the meat eaters. I have a different approach for vegans as I used to be one and still incorporate the meatless touch to meals a time or two a week.

So if you ask me to cook, no problem. I’ll make you something healthy, tasty, and filling. Now I need to work on my baking skills.

Send help! Haha!

Peace out, gang.
