I dream all summer nights. The dreams are dark. Too dark to see my scars, my marks. Dreams of pain and tarnished things. Trapped in memories, where sadness clings. Asleep, I dream of all my sorrow. I dream of the world’s agony, not a better tomorrow. Please wake me from these blacken moments. Help me get away from these dreaming torrents.
